This was my mother in law helping me out. She went to the moberly branch. This has been typical for some time now. And only getting worse. My deposit is still not made due to waiting for a long time. If this continues I will be switching banks. Went to put a check in the bank for joe and I set there in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still didn’t make the deposit!!! WORST BANK EVER, THEY ALLOWED SOMEONE TO TAKE MONEY FROM MY ROOMMATES ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE, AND ARE TRYING TO BLAME US. WE HAVE NO TYPE OF CONNECTION WITH THIS GIRL. DO NOT BANK HERE.
