I have nothing but good to say about this bank! My loan officer Diana at Mexico’s branch is the best, she has always taken very good care of me!
well ive did alot of banking with them and now im going to take all my money from savings $$$$$$$$ and refinance my truck else where, ive been snubbed at the bank and in public and wont mention the name or names who done it but i just dont think i need to be with them no longer, im going to look into another bank soon, and to treat people and employees like they do its not a bank i think that needs my business!!!! i must not be good enough or my money not good enough i guess , o well BYE!!!!!!!!!your bank was a 5 star rating... read more
I use to love this bank until they decided to get rid of the best banker out of any bank in Moberly for no reason. Me and several other people are thinking about pulling all our money out of the bank and going elsewhere.

This was my mother in law helping me out. She went to the moberly branch. This has been typical for some time now. And only getting worse. My deposit is still not made due to waiting for a long time. If this continues I will be switching banks. Went to put a check in the bank for joe and I set there in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still didn’t make the deposit!!!
