My husband just passed away a little over a week ago and this bank lovked up his account before i ever gave them a death certificate now theres money sitting in his account that i needed to help me take care of four kids and they will not let me close bank account down.. cant believe the lowness of people and on top of that none of them even told me they were sorry for his death and knew him very well.
My Husband and I have been banking with United Credit Union for a few years now and love them. They are always friendly and available if we have questions or need anything. The past few months we have been working with Maggie a lot who has been WONDERFUL. She is by far the best person I have ever worked with, very caring, friendly and helpful! Amber is so awesome! The coin machine is down in Fulton, & she helped me count my change.
After my car was totalled in an accident, Amy & Greg, at the Fulton branch, were great and got us back on the road in record time. I also make transactions frequently at the COMO branch & have used the Mexico branch as well, and have never had a bad experience at any of them. GREAT place to bank!

well ive did alot of banking with them and now im going to take all my money from savings $$$$$$$$ and refinance my truck else where, ive been snubbed at the bank and in public and wont mention the name or names who done it but i just dont think i need to be with them no longer, im going to look into another bank soon, and to treat people and employees like they do its not a bank i think that needs my business!!!! i must not be good enough or my money not good enough i guess , o well BYE!!!!!!!!!your bank was a 5 star rating... read more
I use to love this bank until they decided to get rid of the best banker out of any bank in Moberly for no reason. Me and several other people are thinking about pulling all our money out of the bank and going elsewhere.
The people here are great and I'm so glad to have a bank i like!
