RecommendedHuge shout out to Jo at the Moberly branch. My son in the army and stationed out of state was hit with a 1000.00 error by a merchant and was basically stranded without money. Not to mention incurring service charges that were not his fault. She was very professional and helpful in clearing up the matter!

this bank doesnt monitor ppls car payments i was paying on my car every two weeks and was caught up and rhen problwms started they stopped taking payments our of my check and acted like it was my fault and i filled our paper work again to have payments taken out of my checks and again they didnt ans now are saying they are gonna take my car if i dont pay at least 400 and its their fault for not monitoring payments and taking out part of my checks. this bank is a let down and suck at doing their jobs

i will do longer use you people since you since you employ people without a high school diploma or GED and have people who dont have it not only that but snoop in peoples accounts when there not suppose to or have been "blocked" from looking into certain peoples accounts but still do.
