Very helpful, efficient, and courteous employees.
On April 24, 2025, at approximately 10 AM, I visited the UCO office located in Century Village, West Palm Beach, Florida. During my visit, I encountered a volunteer manager whose demeanor was unprofessional, characterized by rudeness, arrogance, and an adversarial approach. His autocratic attitude and aggressive tone were not only disrespectful but also seemed discriminatory. Always extremely helpful! I applaud these volunteers, as we all should. Hours are M-Th 9- 12, Friday 12-3. Bar codes available M-Th 9:30-11:30 and F 12:30-2:30 .. I went to get a bar code at 11:21 am and I was scolded and told they were closed. So sadly, you can not trust their posted hours for bar codes. It was 5 days before I could get back there during their "hours".
