A place of constant chaos for all our needs. According to the Palm Beach Code Enforcement office, UCO should have copies of our HOA Declaration and Bylaws since their job is to oversee all the HOAs. Well, I was angrily told, repeatedly by UCO’s officers, that they do not have our HOA Declarations and Bylaws. The woman who answered the phone finally hung up the phone on me.
