In 1978, Master chef Jimmy Chung moved from Taiwan and started cooking traditional Chinese food in New York City; he has been cooking Chinese food ever since. After meeting his wife, Melissa, they moved to Colorado and decided to open their own Chinese restaurant. Best place ever, so accommodating for food allergies and celiac disease. We order a lot from here and my mother and I love having lunch during the week.
The sushi and staff here are TOP notch! By far the best sushi experience we've had thus far! Thank you for your warm hospitality and your absolutely PERFECT sushi! You made our valentines day that much more special ;) We'll be customers for life. Cheers!!
