In 1978, Master chef Jimmy Chung moved from Taiwan and started cooking traditional Chinese food in New York City; he has been cooking Chinese food ever since. After meeting his wife, Melissa, they moved to Colorado and decided to open their own Chinese restaurant. In 1993, United Chinese Restaurant became a family owned restaurant that first originated in Westminster on 104th/Federal and has since moved to our current location in Broomfield in 1999. Very disappointed in the delivery order we received. Pad Thai was soggy, lo mein was bland and the tiger rolls looked like they’d been prepared days before and tasted like it too 😟😢
