In 1978, Master chef Jimmy Chung moved from Taiwan and started cooking traditional Chinese food in New York City; he has been cooking Chinese food ever since. After meeting his wife, Melissa, they moved to Colorado and decided to open their own Chinese restaurant. Excellent service, great prices, and I love the honey walnut chicken!
Disappointed on last take-out visit. On a take out order, the restaurant lost the kitchen ticket. After waiting 20 minutes, I went to counter as the inside sales team would just let me sit until the place closed to inquire what is taking so long. Once I got home with the take out order, the order was missing hot mustard and soy sauce packets. Definitely not a good night. : - (
