Here for Adele concert. The venue waited till 6:30 to let folks in. Once inside, they would not let people upstairs till 7:15! There are people waiting outside still waiting to get in! Ridiculous!!!!!! Poor job United!!

Congratuleccion and many years
Beware! Misleading promotions and very poor uncaring customer service! NCAA Regional games sold via Ticketmaster carried promotional Credit that was not honored. Assuming many were ripped off like me? Customer support during the event misled me and couldn't help. Attempts to follow up with Ticket Office or Administration after was a time consuming nightmare. Choose your tickets carefully from this poorly run venue or speak to your credit card company to dispute your claims!
I love it here during a Blackhawks game it's the best.
Had a great time last night for my first Bulls game. Bought the tickets that day and had a great view. The United Center is beautiful
