United Center security was phenomenal with the GA line for U2 both May 22 and 23rd. Thanks so much to Alex Hernandez for keeping us safe and providing a relaxing and fun environment for everyone!
Great job on GA. One of the best experiences we have ever had and not having to line up all day was out of this world amazing!!! Staff was organized from start with wristbanding through processing through to letting us on the floor! Outstanding!

my adult son is disabled and we were treated like royalty but staff! very accommodating! excellent service! as soon as they saw him they helped him through security and directed us to an elevator that took us to our seats. staff member even physically held onto my son so he wouldn't fall while getting into his seat. I cannot say enough about the courtesy! much appreciated!!!
Went for the WGCI 2017 concert and no one sat in their assign seats!! I paid to be able to see. There was 2 girls that were higher seats than me and sat on two chairs in front of me! I couldn't see they were bringing their friends with! I was so enraged!! also they don't care if people smoke weed or cigarettes in the building. It was my first concert ever at 27 and it was the worse one!
35 mins in concession line to get a soda and bottled water. Please fix your process. Ridiculous. � Missed way too much of the concert...
We drove from Michigan to see the opener BlackBear for Kygo. I called several times days ahead and of the day of the concert to find out what time he was performing and only was told the time the show started and ended. We get to the concert no indication that BlackBear canceled. We overheard from other people at the concert that he was sick, so we called again and were transferred to a voicemail I left a messages.
