RecommendedUnited center is always a great experience. Good food drinks and clean bathrooms. But the fact that smoking weed etc. is permitted. I was choking. So i recommend you bringing your inhaler or don’t attend if smoke bothers you

We live in Milwaukee, Wi and came into the city to bring our daughter, and her friend to the BTS concert. After making sure they got in safe. We decided to park in the parking lot, and wait for them. The parking enforcement let us park in the lot for free, and wait for the girls. It's a beautiful arena. Easy to find with lots of restaurants close by to enjoy.

One of the most organized concert venue I've ever been to. I was there on Friday and Saturday for the Radiohead Chicago shows, and it couldn't have been a better-organized line and staff. Keith and his security team really provided the fans with a safe and enjoyable environment. Although there was a small hiccup on Friday at the very last moment, they quickly were able to correct it on Saturday. Top notch venue, top-notch security! Keith's the man!
