Got a great deal on a 2011 Nissan Sentra, though this dealer tends toward higher-end cars. Had a minor issue after I brought it home and fixed it myself but customer service manager Eli took full responsibility by offering to take care of it first. Then, without my asking for any consideration, Eli ordered and I received a duplicate key to make up for my trouble (this is the key fob model so keys can only be ordered through Nissan). Went to this dealer just check out a car and came out with the car and with a sense of security that we did the right thing, which rare to find, Franco gave us amazing customer service answered all our questions and eli (in finance) was super helpful tried to get us the best deal even with our insurance company. Will definitely go back to purchase our second car. Happy customer!
I don't usually write reviews but I recently bought my first car and it was great! Went to United Brothers and they had the exact car I was looking for. They didn't have the exact color I wanted so they made the price a bit cheaper just to compensate! I don't know how I got approved but I did. All the staff I dealt with were nice from the beginning. Great experience at this family owned business. They treat you great, so far since 2012 I've purchased more than 3 cars from them and will come back soon for my summer ride. They offer the best financing options, I'm not kidding , you would be crazy not to take advantage of their easy payment options. My days of buying from craigslist is in the past, strictly going to united brothers , ask for Sammy for the best deals.
Great bunch of guys! Really helped me get what I was looking for. Eli and John were very respectful and honest. They didn't pressure me or make me feel inclined to buy. They were informative and understanding at all times. I recommended all my family and friends to come check these guys out. Oh and the prices were great too.
