I am very pleased to say this is the first time I do not have buyers remorse. I brought a 2008 Cadillac Escalade Platinum edition (white diamond tricoat) and it was a tug of war between myself and others that came pouring into the dealership. I am 21 years old and I never thought it would be possible for me to own a vehicle on my own name but these guys made it possible. Eli was very compassionate and understanding, he didnt rush me or pressure me in to making my purchase. John was very knowledgeable about the cars and was fun to work with. My whole experience was phenomenal. I dealt with the finance guy and he was great, he answered all my questions properly and accurately. He gave me the best possible rate for my credit score. I didnt think i would be able to get a car and they made it happen. I would definitely buy here again.

Just passed by at first, didn't even think of buying a car there! Then I said to myself it doesn't hurt to check it out. I came in and got an amazing deal on a car that I wanted and then I spoke to the Finance guy who is an amazing person, I told him i had bad credit and he said its not a problem, "you work, you drive". The next day he called me and said i was approved and able to pick the car up when ever i wanted. I had an amazing experience with these guys. They made me feel comfortable, did not rush me and made me feel in control. I have been shopping for a while and many places I went to always pressured me in to making a choice or leaving a deposit. The staff really helped me with all the questions and concerns I was having. Which in turn made me buy a car from them. Went with my daughter who was shopping for a BMW. Not only did she get a great car, but the customer service was fantastic. John, who took us for a test drive was very knowledgable and answered all questions without the typical salesman attitude. Eli, Mr. Finance, is wonderful!!! There was no pressure to purchase and we walked out of there with a sense of being in the right place for us. I would definitley buy from them again plus recommend them to friends and family.
