My phlebotomist was amazing!!! I did not get her name :( but she did so great with making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’m so grateful to have had such an amazing team help me donate today!! THANK YOU 🩷
This place will waste your time. If you have an appointment at the end of the day the staff will come up with any excuse not to allow you to donate. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. They shouldn't allow you to book an appointment at the end of the day if all they are going to do is waste your time.

Staffing limited. Plan on a wait. Ask if staffing was normal and told yes. One person on floor and one doing check vitals.
