We bought are first car from United Auto Sales Dennis was are are salesmen he showed us a few cars a we narrowed it down to a 2013 traverse ,so we were introduced to Roger over at finance where he help out greatly, then over to service where we have had the best treatment with free oil change, free Tire rotation and they even washed the car when we were done .From start to finish the best deal ship in the Utica and Rome Area.
Love our vehicle but customer service after the sale not good. Have an issue only receive one key we finally called a few days later since no one contacted us. Know we are finally told today a week later. We will have to be unconvinced and bring the car back to them to have another key made. We are very unhappy customers at this point
Twice now I've walked into United almost positive that there was no way for me to get financed and twice I have walked out amazed at how smoothly the process went. United has great customer service and Joe does a fantastic job with the banks! So glad I found them.
