Took my truck in to have the tires checked they fix the problem. And the guys in service department were great the were helpful with everything.
We bought a new to us used car in June of 16 and had had to be in for service a few times and want to say that the service dept has done a great job of accommodating us. From loaner car to covering the work performed for us. The manager has been great and the employees at the service desk are awesome.Especially Tony and Aaron!!
I bought a F150 2010 XLT. ... been back twice for minor issues and service always professional . The salesman was a little sketchy told me things about the vehicke after had his check in hand . The truck is solid but I still have reservations . All used vehicles have issues and nothing or no ones perfect . I'm on a limited budget and need a reliable vehicle to get me to work at hospital . Tony, Aaron, and the United service department have been more than helpful and accommodating when I was having some problems with my car. I greatly appreciate their help and expertise whenever I've needed it!
I was very much impressed with United Auto. I went to them on the spur of the moment because my Power Steering was making a noise and it was hard to steer, They were kind and courteous to me, and said normally you have to make an appointment to be taken care of. Aaron and Tony, both said they would see if they could squeeze me in, since I had many miles to travel, I was surprised that they were able to do it for me, and very happy for the end results!!!!! I give them a 5star rating in my book!!!!!!
I would just like to thank Tony and Aaron for the amazing service and taking care of my car with whatever i need they are the best !
When my car's engine blew before I had it a year, they offered me some options, and ended up splitting the cost of a new engine with me. They made no charge for labor! They really went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I will never go anywhere else!!
