Great experience, Great customer service, great finance and insurance department, great all around auto dealer. I had a few blimishes on my credit report but my salesmen CJ advised that I submit a credit application and called me within 2 hours telling me I was approved for the vehicles of my dreams. If anyone is looking for a quality vehicle and honest salesmen, this is the place to go.
I read some reviews that worried me a bit about buying a car from them. I drove all the way from ft. Lauderdale to buy a car that only they had and have no regrets whatsoever. Got a great deal and will recommend this dealership to friends and family. Staff treats customers great.
Great service and will recommend to family. I am out of state and was interested in a car so I gave them my info and a deposit to hold the car for me. They had the form signed that if they cannot approve me they will refund my deposit. Due to my debts the deal could not go through for the vehicle that I was interested in. They offered me different vehicles that I qualify for but I was interested in those so they refunded my full deposit.
First Class customer service! I am a college student and purchased a great vehicle from this dealership. I was going to buy a $15,000 BMW and they managed to approve me for it but they advised me to buy another vehicle that was a $12,000 Acura which dropped my monthly payment from $350 to $225. I am grateful for this and the lower payments help me alot with college expenses. Will recommend this dealership to everyone!
My Review of Best Auto Sales: I have had a very positive experience with best auto sales. The finance department were very helpful. Not only did I get a M- BENZ but it also came with a warrantee because the vehicle was a pre-owned certified BENZ and all I had to do was call M-BENZ and get the certification changed to my name as the new owner and it is warranteed up to 100,000 miles.
