United Auto Sales took my $2,500 deposit, the vehicle would not start and was stuck on the parking lot of Autozone on Magnolia for approximately 4 days. I paid mobile mechanics everyday to see what was the problem and I called AJ to talk to each one to explain to him what was going on. The last mobile mechanic came to the conclusion that it was the body control module. United Auto Sales took my $2,500 deposit, sold me a vehicle with serious mechanical and electrical issues, and refused to fix it or give me a refund after I returned the car. They clearly stated they would not repair anything and still kept my money. The vehicle was no longer on the lot afterward, and I was not given proper documentation of the return. Communication has been nonexistent. This business lacks transparency and accountability. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership.
Very pleased. Vehicle was as advertised. Easy transaction. Friendly, honest people. We took the vehicle to NC and left our truck at their lot. No issues during our trip. Smooth ride. Our truck was at the lot when we returned on Sunday. Highly recommend United Auto Sales.
