Scheduled an appointment a week in advance. My car was towed due to brake failure and also needing air conditioning service , battery replacement, exhaust inspection and NYS inspection . Almost 3 weeks later they managed to replace one brake line and nothing else. When asked if any other work was done the answer from Jose was we are busy and we do our work one step at a time .. Poor communication skills, never contacted me in person nor returned calls , told me to take the car elsewhere when asked about when the car would be... read more

Excellent. I had an insurance inspection performed. They also do just about anything else concerning domestic AND foreign cars, just not body work. Jose was very helpful, pleasant, and knew what he was doing. Comfortable waiting room and right next to the factory outlets in Niagara Falls. I was in and out quickly based on what I needed today, but the outlets are right there. My new auto shop!
