We had an amazing experience with Aida. We started renting our Downey house ten years ago when our parent passed away. We contacted Aida at the time to estimate the value of the home. She remained in contact throughout the years. We decided to sell the home this year so we contacted Aida. That was our Best Decision. Not only did she handle the listing, Aida found a buyer who actually purchased the home. Going through escrow was not easy for her. Great customer service! I used Aida Pinto last year for my home deeds and other important documents, she was very informative/ knowledgeable about everything I had a question about. if she didn’t know she sure got an answer for me quick. Aida is an amazing broker! She has been an enormous help through the sale of my family's home. Any questions we had, no matter what time of day, she was ready to answer with a smile. Throughout the entire process, she was our magic charm and always looked out for our best interest. I highly recommend Aida Pinto she is the Broker. She is professional. Honest. Friendly. I have dealt with many real estate agents realtors and I'm always dissapointed but now I feel I've found a realtor I can trust. I'm sure there are other realtors who are honest and professional but in my experience most of the agents I've come across with have been arrogant and act high and mighty, and never call you back and if they do, they are always in a hurry to get you off the phone.
