It's very sad when a salon owner defends an employee (or 5) who blatantly ignore the parking rules, which affect multiple people in the neighborhood. It's even more disturbing that said owner admits her employee lied, because she knew she was wrong, and yet does NOTHING about it. After 9 years as a customer and 6 years as a neighbor, I will never again frequent this salon. How can I trust a business who condones lying and violating rules daily?

I'm very happy and impressed with the staff at United Artists. My stylist, Zach Gaus, is the best, and always gives me a amazing hair style that looks great. The staff at UA is friendly, fun and professional, and always makes me feel welcome. 5 stars for sure!
