Sold me a $600 service agreement on a unit that needed replacing. First 2 visits they found something wrong both times & charged me each time. I was quoted $185 for a Coil Wash & when I called to pay I was then told the Rep was "new" & the quote was in fact $325 !! Fortunately I had the quote in writing & forced them to honor my quote. Bunch of thieves !! By the way - The Better Business Bureau (who only rate you 3.68 out of 5 !!) did not conclude that you filled your obligations as you lied to them!
