RecommendedWe came home one night to discover that our lawn maintenance crew accidentally severed the wires connected to our A.C. unit. We called United first thing in the morning and Jake came out to our home quickly. He was very pleasant and professional. He had our A.C. up and running again 35 minutes into the visit. Thanks Jake!
From Canada. We are new costumer they install a brand new A/C .We meet Micheal & Robbie 2 excellent tech that you can trust.The a/c is working perfectly. Only one issue with the braker box that should be fix this week.I recommend United A/C if someone is planing to install a new A/C.Good job guys!
I called this company for an AC repair but they failed to show up the following day as promised. It was a Friday & when I called them they said they must have misplaced the appointment & would send someone over later that day. Still no-one showed up and despite my leaving them another message I never heard from them. I spent the weekend with no AC & called someone else on Monday. Very disappointed .
I called United A/C because my air wasn't cooling. Nikki in the office was great and got me right on the schedule for that day. Jake came out to my home and he was great too: professional, informative, neat and polite. He explained the problem in a way I understood and was able to get my air cool the same day. Jake also offered me a Maintenance plan which I found to be a great value. Excellent company to do business with. P.S. Dear owner both Nikki & Jake should get raises, true assets to the company.
My unit was leaking and I called United a/c and they were there within the hour. The technician was professional and precise. They fixed my unit for an amazing price. They are all around a wonderful company. They care about their customers and it shows throughout the company. From the office to the technicians in the field. I will not use anyone else.
