Great service today. They were on time and efficient. Got us cooling the same day. Will definitely use these guys in the future.
United A/C has serviced my ** for years. However, something weird happened after December. They changed my whole unit, and after that they have had to come repair/service it every two months since then. There is a mysterious "coil" part that has been backlogged since march, and I am still waiting. Do not use this company. Came to service my AC. Charged me $695 for Freon and a part. Few weeks Freon all leaked out guy came back said oh you have a leak so you need new AC. Wanted $2,000 more than other companies plus I already gave him $695. I asked if he can put a little Freon to keep cool till I can replace he said no. This is how they treat seniors. Horrible service
RecommendedThey were prompt, professional, followed all Covid guidelines, and gave such a phenomenal price. Peter, responsible for pricing, was outstanding. The true gem, was Kurtis. He went ABOVE and BEYOND to help with everything. I was having a particularly difficult day. Kurtis helped me in every way possible. His coworker was phenomenal as well. In summary, I highly recommend United A/C and refrigeration!
Jake came today to service our ac which wasn’t working. He was courteous,and prompt to diagnose and repair the unit to start running. I would highly recommend Jake as a technician and he is an asset to United AC
TERRIBLE TOTAL BUNCH OF IDIOTS NO ONE HAS ANY IDEA WHAT THEY ARE DOING FORMAL COMPLAINTS FILED WITH LICENSING BOARD AND ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. WE NOW HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO RIP OUT EVERYTHING THEY DID TOGETHER WITH ALL THE EXISTING STUFF THAT THEY DAMAGED

This is not an accurate review. We are going into litigation with this client for breach of contract. We always work with our customers and do what ever it takes to complete the job and make sure our customers are happy. Unfortunately this customer went a different direction after being 60% into a contract.
My AC went out on a Sunday afternoon, called and Robbie was at my house in 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem right away, fixed everything and even did extra cleaning outside. Excellent service and will call again for any future issues.
I have been with United A/C for many years. They have installed 2 new Amana units that are great! Today I had my 6 month maintenance and Aiden the tech was amazing. He spent a great deal of time with each of the 3 units and was very friendly, extremely thorough and did the best job. I highly recommend United A/C!
