Highly recommend Dr. Malene Smith. She is an active listener, very supportive, and provides professional advice. Staff is friendly and nice as well.
The receptionist isn’t professional to work at reception, I tried to ask her what to do with my appointment but she doesn’t want to talk to me and pointing to new receptionist.
I had very great experience first time going there with Dr. Malene. The staff on that day was nice and friendly. However, the second time I went there for blood test was very bad. The staff wasn't willing to give me any information (it's my first time doing blood test there). Worst than that, he didn't do job properly for booking appointment for me. I kept getting auto message asking me to book appointment even on the day of my appointment so I called to ask them turns out there's no record. What if I already arrived there? ... read more
