Dr Malene is such a sweet and great doctor! The receptionist staff is also nice!
I booked an appointment through the City East campus (as they had no availability) and was extremely disappointed with City West's experience. I had no email confirmation of my appointment or directions (and coming from City East, it's not the easiest location to find). Unfortunately, I was 12 minutes late to my appointment, and the receptionist was very rude and demanded that I pay $40 for being late. My appointment was cancelled.
