Always expect to wait up to 30 minutes for my appointment, but 40 minutes is not good enough. No wonder my blood pressure was high when she finally tested it. I abandoned my previous clinic after 16 years recently because I was made to wait for an hour in the waiting room when the GP had overlooked my name on the booking sheet. Reception area is not the least bit private. Won't be back!
One receptionist, who is an old Asian lady with strong Aussie accent is TERRIBLE!! She shows no respect whatsoever and always talks to you like you are in trouble. She has a big attitude but doesn’t do her job so well, putting you on hold every time you ask her questions lol The doctors are great but gosh the lady has some problems:)
I go there because my GP is great but what a TERRIBLE service from reception. My appointment has to be rescheduled because the doctor can't go today and the receptionist was rude, cutting me off and before I finished talking, she just hung up. Almost always it's unpleasant with them.
