The clinic has excellent GPs, but the reception staff are very poor. I waited for four hours for a five-minute consultation because the receptionist did not speak to the doctor.
- Doctors have promised to follow up on many issues but never seem to follow up on them. - Reception forcefully charged for a RAT test without asking patient first. What happens if they did not bring money because they have always been bulk-billed or they have rat test that they have brought with them? - Reception staff are often rude for no justifiable reason. - Reception staff have been asking patients to recite their full DOB, full home address, and phone number publicly in front of a room full of patients.
