Since yesterday i tryed to make an appointment cause I would like to donate my hair to locks of love. My surprise was when I called at 5:40 and Stephani (name this person gave me) said can you please wait and go me waiting fro 13 minutes and I hang up and called again no one answer, she just had to say called tomorrow cause we are closed. Today I called 10:30 am and y answer and hang up...WHAT'S GOING ON? WORST SERVICE EVER. You don't want my business and obviously you don't want to help a cancer association, SAD!
