I ask for an eyebrow wax and specifically ask her to keep my eyebrows thick and not take off much. She took off too much and now I have to wait until my eyebrows grow back.The wax was also hot and I had to tell her a couple of times. I told her I was very unhappy but still required payment. I paid her but will not be patronage this place AGAIN!! Highly disappointed ☹️

They did my brows for 6 years while in grad school - waxing/threading. They killed it every time
Every time you go in it’s a new person. At first I use to like this shop, well that before there was a new girl in there every other day. I went in on the 22 of October and again on November 7th 2025. Oct new girl gave me a stye on my eye ( small white bump that burned, on Nov 7 I went in the lady immediately approached me said she can take me, I replied that I’ll wait for (sauna). Sauna had a customer anyway but I was willing to wait. y’all when sauna got ready to do my eyebrows and lashes she looked at me sooo nasty. So I ... read more
