This hotel has certainly gone downhill. The phones did not work, the television was not working, when we checked in, and the overall appearance of the room was disappointing. I think the staff does the best They can.
Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean but the bedroom floor was dirty and the overstuffed chair had 3 big holes in it. Check in staff was very nice and helpful.
Room I was given was not ready, cleaned at check in time. I was given a new room and that one was good except that the water from toilet was leaking onto floor. I always look forward to scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast when traveling. This time food warmer was either broken or somebody forgot to turn it on and the food was gold and unbeatable. Girls at reception were great!!!
Beyond creepy and sketchy. Nothing in my room worked. Had who I assume were strung out drug addicts wandering the property. Heard a bunch of people outside my room in the middle of the night.. woke up in the morning to find handprints all over the outside of my rooms window. Very strange. Met some of the other guests. They were all nice and got the same vibe as me. Felt like I was in a horror movie. Had to laugh it off.
Our stay was very good! Good location, restaurant and bar! Staff was exellent! Bar staff was FANTASTIC!
