Clean rooms that don't smell bad, Indian restaurant is fantastic, breakfast this morning was plentiful, hot, and fresh. I find it strange that you have to call a number and wait for a manager to come to get help at the front desk, but overall it was a good stay. Pool looks very nice.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. They have done a good job with the remolding. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The India restaurant, Mint, was an added bonus. Next Time we stay here. We will ask for a room that is not near one with a family and small kids. They were a little bit loud late at night and early in the morning.
Pool has not been cleaned in a long while. Only two towels for two beds. Had to go to front desk the next day to get room restocked. The live in next door were loud and not considerate to us3 next door.
Executive rooms cost more, what a joke! First. At the time of my reservation the desk clerk lied to me about the bar being open! It was CLOSED! The supposed upgrades to the rooms were not made from last year! My first room, (300 building) did not have a smoke detector at all! The chairs springs were broken and I sagged into it sitting! The lamp shade were torn/damaged, the bathroom shower curtain rod was torn loose from the wall. Black mold surrounded the sink, and the bottom of the tub was dirty! The bathroom tub facet was missing covers, and needed grout work, the knob for the light switch between the beds was missing and the Kleenex box kept falling out of the wall. Also had a group of people drinking talking loudly in parking lot on Saturday morning at 2am then at 4am had a fight going on in parking lot next to my room.
