Although my mother was well cared for, I would not refer this company to anyone hoping to utilize long term healthcare benefits. We were promised assistance in filing claim prior to signing contract. Once we signed and began paying out of pocket all assistance with filing our claim was ignored. After my mother passed, continued attempts were made to contact Jonathan by family and our LTC insurance. Emails, calls, and text messages were ignored.
