Routinely used this company for about two years and was initially very satisfied with the quality of cleaning. However, the quality of cleaning has seriously decreased in the past 3 months. This last cleaning on 11/21/24 was horrible! Barely anything moved, poorly cleaned shower, and poor vacuum cleaning. I report these issues to the company and received a generic response. Great cleaning service. Place was spotless.
I had been a constant customer of Unique Cleaning for about a year a half. The first many cleanings were excellent - we even asked for the same cleaning crew and then things changed. They started coming outside of the time window with no notice. There was always someone new it seemed to come and clean. It eventually got so bad that they barely cleaned the house. A friend of my recommended Unique Cleaning Solutions (she's been with them for years!). The team was on-time, super professional, and had an excellent eye for detail. The house is beautiful and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!
I've had my house cleaned more that 10 times and every experience has been excellent!! Always on time, the workers work hard and fast. They are pleasant, polite and do a very good cleaning job, I highly recommended this company.
