I have used Unique Cleaning for years taking a break due to the pandemic and restarting last year. As of my last cleaning, I can no longer be a customer. I have overlooked inconsistency among the crews and their thoroughness but the reason I am no longer using them is due to the lack of customer service. This last visit the crew that was sent completely went through my house and spot cleaned with dry rags and I called customer service while the crew was still there to address the issues. I have been using Unique Cleaning for several years now and am very pleased with their service. I have a regular crew now and am pleased with the thorough job they do cleaning my home. In the past, when I have had an issue or noticed something that may have been inadvertently missed, Unique has always offered to send someone back to address the issue or offer a discount for that service. Fortunately that has only been a couple times in a few years. I highly recommend Unique Cleaning Solutions.

Unique cleaned the first floor of my home and it was spotless. They cleaned baseboards, wiped down all doors, the artwork on the walls, leaves on my artificial trees. They were respectful of my home, purposeful and thorough. I will be using them again!
