I have used Unique Cleaning for years taking a break due to the pandemic and restarting last year. As of my last cleaning, I can no longer be a customer. I have overlooked inconsistency among the crews and their thoroughness but the reason I am no longer using them is due to the lack of customer service. This last visit the crew that was sent completely went through my house and spot cleaned with dry rags and I called customer service while the crew was still there to address the issues.
