Went here yesterday let’s just say Bad experience !!! My lip and chin is both scarred not from the wax being too hot but from her not knowing what she was doing I guess idk but I feel so ugly right now I will not recommend and I guess I should have came to read the reviews because I’m not the first one they have done like this if I could rate a negative 10 I would 😭
I went in to get just strips applied. I brought some in and the lady told me they were old so I went out and got some new ones...Tell me why this lady still apply the lashes on even with defective glue. I ask her why u didn't just say it was old and just put your strips on I would've paid for it. Not to mention , the lashes came off next day. I'm cool of this business not sure what's going with this business..but I haven't frequent as I use to cause her daughter doesn't do a good job at all now in all this will not be my spo... read more
I recently visited Unique Eyebrow salon and had the pleasure of getting my eyebrows done by Amy, and I can't rave enough about the experience! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. The entire team was warm and welcoming, making me feel comfortable and at ease straight away. Hi there! I visited this studio and my experience was great . I never know that my brows can look this good . I genuinely felt so overwhelmed with their services . Their staff is so welcoming and soft spoken . So overall their service is just wow✨
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place has terrible customer service. I walked in 5 minutes before they closed and no one was attending the front. She had an attitude and told me they were closed and they closed at 6. It was 5:57 . It’s not my fault or problem that you did your cash report before you closed.
