I am a first time home buyer and I found Eric by chance on Google. I called and was able to schedule a next day home inspection in Alvin. Service was prompt. I arrived 5 minutes late and the roof inspection was already completed. He went through the home meticulously and explained a lot as I was following him. Eric Worrall came recommended by my Realtor. He was professional, thorough, patient (I had my six year old daughter with me) and flexible with the appointment time as I am a single woking mother with young children. He explained everything in the report AND we walked through the house inside amd out to review findings. I will definitely pass his information on to friends and family!
I used Eric for 2 different home inspections. Because of his thorough review I was able to avoid a costly mistake because of all the issues with the first home he inspected. When we moved onto the next home he made me aware of foundation and roof deficiencies that again saved me and I was able to work with the seller to resolve the problems. On top of all this, Eric made it very easy to communicate and was able to get the inspection reports back to me the same day. Highly recommend using him!

He was fast, thorough, and not only went over every photo with us but then walked us through the house showing us where each photo was taken and gave us an in depth look at what he was seeing and what we should know about it. I have bought and sold many houses and nobody was as good as him! We will only use him from now on!
