I send flowers often and have never received such good service as I did from Unique Gifts and Flowers. I recommend them highly. They are my new 'go-to' florist in the Philly area. Here's why. First, I needed the flowers delivered the same day. No problem, they said, we can do it. Not only did they say that, they said it with such confidence I knew they would. Delivery never made, called several times always forwarded to voicemail. Very disappointed to say the least. This was supposed to be delivered yesterday. It was a birthday gify, she blew it off She calls this morning saying just delivered because she had some kind if emergency yesterday. Day late dollar short. So much ignorance to my disappointment of gift not arriving on the day WE agreed to. she makes it all about herself NOT her customers.
