VERY unprofessional! As soon as I opened the door to shop the stylist`s just starred me down, no "Hello" or anything. They were rude and I felt very uncomfortable! When I asked the owner to color and sew-in my virgin hair she complained about how much work she had to do... really??! All of these "Excellent" reviews are written because the stylist at the shop promises $10 off if a client writes a review.
This place is excellent! I brought my two girls over here after reading positive reviews online. I called them and the lady on the phone was very nice and explained everything to me. Being a guy, I don't know much about women's hair but they broke it down so I could understand the process. As soon as we walked in everyone was very welcoming and made us feel at ease. I love this shop been coming here since October of last year and I love the job that Sharon does on my hair i would not go anywhere else and I will continue to recommend my people to come here and I love the atmosphere of the shop as well
Moving from NY and leaving a hairdresser I've had for over 13 years I was very nervous about being able to replace her. That was until my first appt with Kewonia and after that I was hooked. She truly is amazing and I now travel an hour from Austin just to get my hair done, every style has been beautiful as well as having great healthy hair. I am far more than impressed and I'd take her over my other hairdresser and day of the week. If you want quality you must see her.
When I first got to Killeen I had been to 5 salons and left every salon dissatisfied until one day I had an extreme hair emergency and wandered into Unique and Elegant hair design. For the first time I left a salon feeling good and looking great! The stylist are professional, caring, and trusting. They will give you their absolute best and make you as comfortable as possible. I recommend using this salon if you want to be treated with respect and look great! It's been 7 months and I am a loyal client! Luv them!
I moved to the area 2 yrs ago and being Active Duty it often takes te to find a good stylist that actually cares about your hair. The owner and all of her stylists are true perfectionistas
Loved it very professional they do great hair the owner is a hell of a cut and she can hook up some hair my weave was flat no bumps and lumps my girlfriend hair was so fly she got a short cut with color I will refer everyone to this salon
