Alot of communication problems. Difficult to get a returned call. The patio is done, but there is s 5" grade on the end of the patio where a hot tub is supposed to go. Too slanted and company won't return my call.

IF SOMEONE WOULD HAVE MADE THIS INFORMATION AVALIABLE PRIOR TO THE START OF JOB IN REGARDS TO THE PAD BEING USED FOR A TUB, WE WOULD HAVE PROVIDED AN OPTION FOR ADDITIONAL FILL MATERIAL, TO LEVEL THE AREA, PRIOR TO THE POUR.
Very professional, reasonable, and extremely flexible regarding timing of installation "because of weather". Received detailed proposal, outlining what they would do; pricing was fair: "not highest, not lowest". Found some unexpected problems regarding old driveway, and they worked around it, explaining problems and solutions. Would highly recommend them. P.S. Don't be afraid to ask for a senior discount!

arrived on time. owner supervised crew most of the time. crew was very professional. took about 1/2 day start to finish. good value for the money.

Finished product looks great, very pleased...Only glitch was they removed the old driveway and set forms for new driveway and were ready to pour the next day......Couldn't get concrete delivered the next day, so had to wait until following day to pour. Added a day of inconvenience for me, but am pleased with how it turned out. Good people - on time, worked hard, have the skills. They have pictures of the work they did, check it out
They were very responsive. Everything done in a timely and professional manner.
The most important thing to us was water flow down the driveway and we stressed several times that we did not want a valley for water flow but that is what we got. They did return to install drains in our steps but slopped the drain the wrong way and left the end piece lose so water flows where we did not want it. The top of the driveway, steps, and sidewalk were done well but we think there was a communication gap between son-in-law and owner father-in-law as well as with us but we made clear what we wanted. ONE PERSON WANTED AND OK`D THE WATER TO RUN TO THE LOGICAL PLACE, ALSO THE LOW SPOT AT THE END OF A LONG DOWNHILL DRIVEWAY!! THE OTHER CLAIMS TO HAVE TOLD MY WORKERS, NOT ME, TO SEND THE WATER ANOTHER DIRECTION!!!
