First project was great! No problems, efficient, quick. Second project was never done. Texted Brian and asked him if he wanted to do another similar project. His response was, Yes Sir! I set up an appointment for an estimate and he never showed. Texted him that day and called him and no response. Later, I texted again and no response. They did a great job.
Very good pricing for the work done.
They did a great job exactly what I wanted. They also did a great job of cleaning up when they were finished. When they finished the owner presented me with a bill that was more than 10% more than we agreed on and said he had done more work than the original contract. Maybe a little but not 10%
Unique Concepts were not the cheapest bid we received but was impressed with the information I received from Brian. They removed our extremely long and wide driveway and sidewalks around the house. They completed the job on time and I have had numerous request from neighbors about the company. I am very satisfied with the look of our new driveway and sidewalks. I highly recommend Tim Robertson and his team.
