Great job! Right price, professional replacement of cracked driveway!
Unque did a wonderful job to my driveway. Arrived on time-which was a plus for me, by dealing with other companies. Outstanding quality of work.
Cement Sidewalk was install without using a level and is not flat. Gutter run off pipe installed underside was was installed going up hill so water does not drain. Ground was not leveled correctly and water enters into my garage. Try charging me an extra $450 at end of job because one small piece of concrete was larger the 4 inches during demolition. Pressured me into paying them before the job was complete.

THE SIDEWALK SLOPES BECAUSE THE WHOLE YARD SLOPES, AND TO LEVEL IT WOULD REQUIRE STEPS, WHICH WAS NEVER AN OPTION NOR LOGICAL. THE PIPES WERE INSTALLED AT NO CHARGE TO HIM, AS SLEEVES ONLY, ALLOWING FOR ACCESS UNDER SIDEWALK FOR IRRAGATION OR LIGHTING !! THE WATER ENTERING HIS GARAGE IS BECAUSE HE HAD THE GARAGE BUILT OVER THE TOP OF AN OLD SLOPING DRIVEWAY THAT EXTENDED OUTSIDE OF HIS FRAMED WALLS, AND HE DIDNT CAULK THE GAP AS HE HAD AGREED!! She was very friendly and her quote was considerably lower than the others. She was very accommodating on the schedule and kept in touch via cell. Her cleaning was excellent. Every surface was scrubbed and disinfected. I received a note from the buyers that praised the clean condition of the house when they moved in. I highly recommend Unique Cleaning Concepts!
