Tim contacted me before Christmas. I told him I did not want to do the project until after the 1st of the year. He followed up at that time and although we were never able to meet face to face due to schedules we were able to communicate our needs. Tim inspected the drive which was broken and buckled and gave us a fair price for the work. I had three other bids and they were within range. Tim was great to work with on a major driveway project I had done at my home. He took plenty of time to assess the problem and come up with the best possible course of action to correct the it the first time so I wouldn't continue to have additional problems in the years ahead. Not only did he and his team have to tear out my existing driveway (nearly 200 feet) but he also had to deal with a major water and erosion problem too. They performed the work pretty well. However, it did seem that the work got sloppy toward the end (when the workers were not supervised and they had to come back to correct some of the problems. Other problems couldn't be fixed without busting it back up and doing it over. I have some areas that were not sloped properly and will hold water until it dries out and evaporates.

I had been searching for someone who would redo my driveway and add a walkway to my house for about a month, but all the quotes seemed too high. When I found Unique Concrete Concepts, the quote was perfect and when they came to do the work it too one day to do and it was done beyone what I had expected. This company is truly professional and I would tell anyone about them.

It was great working with Tim and his crew. The new driveway is beautiful and all of the drainage, soil erosion and structural issues were resolved during construction. The project came in on time and I'm very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Unique Concrete Concepts.

Very good job, a little cleanup problem.
