Tim priced the job and was a man of his word. My extended driveway looks very good, and professionally done. Left a little debris in my neighbors yard. But overall very good.

Unique Concrete installed a driveway and concrete foundation for a flagstone walk. Tim Robertson showed up on time to look over the job, was knowledgeable and professional, and anticipated aspects of the job that I hadn't considered. His proposal was very detailed, and he was neither the highest nor the lowest bidder. He worked well with the contractor who was doing the related stonework. Tim responded very quicklyand came out the same day to give me an estimate. He was very patient with my all my husbands questions and concerns. He was on time and fisnished the job quickly. I would definetly use his services again or recommend him to a friend or colleague.

They came out the next day and did a great job. He saw things I had not taken into consideration and I really appreciated that. Good company, and good work.
Tim was very up front with his advice. I was very pleased with his service. When I asked him about the warranty he provided on workmanship, his answer was straight forward and assured me that he has confidence in his work. Tim started the job the day after we spoke, which was on New Years Eve. I was extremely suprised to see him out on the holiday. He was quick and completed the job thoroughly. I would suggest TIm to any friends or family in need of concrete work.

very responsive...did a great job...overall, very pleased... however,the other referral wasted my time. many phone calls, showed up at a nonscheduled time, no quote ever received, I would never, ever use them. Tecbuilt makes me question you service overall -- how can you have such a poor professional on your list? will that be my experience the next time? will I have to go elsewhere to get other quotes (like I did this time?)
