Great experience! I was out of town when I was in an accident, I called spoke with Tricia, she was able to get my parts ordered for repairs ahead of time so they were at the shop when I came back in town! My car was done ONE FULL DAY EARLY! My car looks brand new, it was even washed before it was returned to me!! I would recommend Unique Collision to anyone! 5 STAR experience!
Best place to work and the best place to work for. Quality and nothing else
I’m not a picky person, and yet I’m still displeased with how my paint turned out after it was repainted again from being poorly done the first time. I was very patient but still waited six months for them to fix their first try at painting my car. I was on a time crunch to finish this car and didn’t have another 6 months for a third repaint, so I ended up taking a hit on the original sale price worked up before the car was painted. They did an amazing job on my 16 Focus after some damage from swerving a deer and hittin a mailbox.
Absolutely love doing business with this body shop due to their professionalism and customer service. If you have to get your car repaired this is a great place to go!
These guys are amazing! I came in to get a weather strip put in my 2014 Kia Forte. The Kia dealership was going to charge me $130, they quoted me about $20. They went above and beyond to help me out and ended up fixing my lock, window and the rubber around my door with no extra fees! I definitely will be coming here for any other problems I have with my car. Strongly recommended! They are professional and don't charge you an arm and a leg. They charge you exactly what its worth.
