Horrific service experience – absolute buyer beware. Took my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for basic maintenance. Was assured two fixes would solve the issues — $750 later, nothing was fixed. In the days that followed three emails to the Service Manager went completely ignored. The Service Advisor also tried a blatant scare tactic, claiming my rear brakes were at “3% life.” Had them inspected elsewhere — they still had about 40% life left.
