Unique Brick Pavers completely transformed the front of my house, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. They installed a new walkway from the street to my front door, complete with large platform steps and a patio off the entrance. The real showstopper, though, is the 30” retaining wall they built around the entire front of my property—it’s absolutely incredible. I’ve lost count of the compliments I’ve gotten! I contacted Unique Brick Pavers for a bid on my driveway & walkways projects because they were recommended by people in the neighborhood on the “Next Door” App. Waidson came out and was very professional, took measurements and came back with an emailed bid the next day. He provided me with the lowest bid and he had his crew start fast because I had to leave town. I did not actually get to use this company. My review is because I was ghosted by Waidson a few weeks ago after communicating back and forth about two work proposals that I approved to move forward with. Communication and responsiveness during the proposal period was difficult at best. From not having my phone calls returned to being repeatedly sent the wrong revised quotes. Unique Brick Pavers has done an excellent job on our project -driveway and patio pavers installation, retaining wall, stone staircase.The finished project has exceeded our expectations. Waidson and his wonderful crew did a great job in the redesign of our courtyard and driveway . They know what they are doing and take the time and care to do the project right the first time. We couldn't be happier! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
