Prices are pretty high for what you get! Value Village, actually located inTigard, is a resale shop with clothing, shoes, accessories, some furniture, household items, and baby items. They have a pretty decent selection of merchandise, but I think that their prices are a little high for resale items. Most items are in okay condition, but some are just plain awful! High Prices The store was well lit and hand lots of room between isles but the prices were really high. I could go to a new store and buy brand new items for the prices I was seeing.
Worth the trip My aunt takes us here everytime we come to visit. They have a good selection of items. I enjoy browsing around to see if I can find a treasure. We will continue to shop here.
Savers in East Providence Savers has alot of clothes for cheap. Some even look almost new. I don't particularly enjoy shopping for second hand clothing but I have found great deals. Its good for people who want to save a little extra money and get clothes that are still nice.
Second Hand Clothing Looking for clothes for the kids but don't want to spend a bundle? You may find what you're looking for at Savers. They have all sized of used clothing, and, few household items as well. In October, they have a huge selection of Halloween costumes, most of them NEW (even though Savers is a second hand shop). Every Monday, each item with a specified color tag sells for 99 cents. This makes Monday my favorite day to stop by. They also run specials during the rest of the week as well. awesome place i love this store. there is always something fun or needed when i visit this store. great are the 50 percent off of everything days they have 4 times a year. but get there early as all the good stuff sells out quickly. i have found leather jackets and some tommy hilfinger shirts. amazing bargins..but you have to hunt for them and plan on spending a couple of hours searching but its worth it..the staff are great and helpful and try to keep the lines small and moving quickly
Savers Doesn't Like Fat People Because I'm a thrift store junkie I know thrift stores in Tucson like the back of my hand. Of all of the thrift stores in Tucson this is the worst for bigger people. They don't put the clothes in order by size especially shirts. They some times stick XL, XXL, and XXXL on the same rack mixed together and they inflate the price compared to the smaller sizes. shopaholic while at my trip to savers i had not expected to by anything. but a young interesting employee with blond and black hair had persuaded me to by some of the designer items that were available in savers that day. the savers i went to was in warwick. and i would love to be informed when the high end designer items are in the stores
not in good condition If you want a deal. don't go to savers. You can do so much better at a yard sale. They are so expensive for a place with used clothing. They don't wash them either. They get the stuff donated but still put high prices on them.
