Labor and Delivery department is absolutely horrible My daughter had the worst experience you could imagine giving birth due the the doctor that delivered her son, I gave birth to 4 children and never had a problem at Ruby WV I won't recommend anyone to give birth there. Although the rest of the staff throughout the hospital was absolutely amazing....
It took very long just for a slight cold they need to get things going faster it's ridiculous
They could use more polite nurses...and not be so disrespectful.
They need to improve in every part...!!!!!!!!!!!!!
