I will never recommend this company to anyone; the emotional distress I've experienced here is profound. It appears the manager hasn't genuinely considered the well-being of the tenants, and their service attitude is deeply demeaning. After submitting my application and deposit for an apartment a week in advance, the apartment I had viewed was still rented to someone else, forcing me to choose another. It was a wonderful experience staying in Greenbriar apartments for the last 2 years. Interaction with Ann Sanpietro from leasing office has always been awesome. She would understand the situation and would provide a solution as soon as she could. Maintenance people also has been very good in resolving any situation we had at home.
I’ve lived at Colony West for almost a year now. Ive much much enjoyed it. It’s one of the most affordable complexes in the Pittsburgh area I looked at when searching. Every unit comes with a storage unit downstairs which is amazing & no extra charge for it. There is so much closet space which is a huge perk! Michele (landlord) is fantastic! When I moved in Michele had my bathroom fan replaced because it was noisy, gave me a brand new dishwasher when it broke, & any other thing I needed maintence was always on top of it! She... read more
