I have been here for about 2months now I really enjoy my new place. Wonderful experience overall
Update: this place just gets worse and worse. The newest trick from management is you’re not allowed to leave between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM from the garage and give you less than 24 hours notice - they don’t care they’ll block you out and say it’s emergency maintenance even though the garage door has not worked in six months. They have construction tools everywhere and an open manhole in the garage. We just moved into our new apartment and couldn’t be happier with the support we received—especially from Taz, who has been absolutely amazing and helpful throughout the entire leasing and move-in process. Even after we got the keys, she continued to assist us with resolving a few of the typical move-in issues quickly and professionally!
This building is cancer. Do you like having your car broken into in the parking garage? How about getting your bike stolen from the bike shop? Maybe people hot boxing the stair wells and leaving their spit and ash behind is your flavor. The constant smell of dog shit around the building will certainly remind you of how great this place is. Better yet, some people are too lazy and will just let their dog pee in the stairwell! You better not work from home BECAUSE THE INTERNET GOES DOWN EVERY 2 WEEKS.
