Everybody there was super nice and helpful, BESIDES THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST RHONDA. When I was waking up from surgery, I got nauseas as I usually do. Which I had TOLD HER BEFOREHAND is what happens to me, I guess she thought I was still out of it but she tells her coworker “she needs to tell people the truth next time.” Referring to me getting nauseas after surgery??? & then came back & told me “ you don’t have to be rude & I don’t need attitude.” Very unprofessional if you ask me.

So far...Experience from step 1 08/05/2025 We were required to arrive at 5:45 a.m. My wife's name was called, yet we saw no one. We had to assume it was coming from a check-in rm. We learned that the sound came from check-in room #3. In check-in Rm #3 was a young lady The young lady seemingly had no personality. She said she had texted my wife (yet my wife did not have her phone on her hip, as many young people seem to have their phones surgically placed on their hip). Called to pay my bill. The person at billing did not give her name when answering the phone. When I asked she repeated "This is Union Pines Surgery Center." Put me off. I told them so and I will just let them reach out to me. I will not pursue it until they call me.

Billing Department really has to train their representatives better. Phone etiquette is non-existent.

The staff from front desk to all the nurses in surgery center were fantastic Great service with big smiles
