Best orthotic business I’ve ever been associated with in my area!
Dustin has been wonderful for our little guy. He had a terrible experience at a different facility where he received a very long cut to his leg from the provider cutting his mold off wrong. Needless to say he was traumatized. He would start to panic if we even drove close to the facility where this happened. His braces did not fit and we couldn’t go back to get them fixed without him being panicked. Fast forward one year and he is all smiles in his braces. Buyers beware. Product unsafe. Won't fix when made aware. Does not honor 1 year warranty.
My client’s brace was under a one-year warranty, which the company is now refusing to honor, despite my efforts to resolve the issue. I would give them zero stars if the rating system allowed it. Dustin's actions were highly unprofessional, deleting my client's files and refusing to work on the brace, knowing her critical need due to paralysis. I tried to get an arm sling from them. I called and got their Pittsburg location. She tried to get me touch with Johnstown and they were too busy to talk to me and call me back. Apparently it wasn’t a top priority because they wouldn’t schedule me in for an appt. Next the union in insdiana la called and said for me to go to amazon because that is what they would probably recommend for just an arm sling. Wow if any business is worried about amazon taking over this laziness is why.
