I took my twins for their 2 months check up it was a nice visit as usual, but the only thing i could say is we had to wait to long for them to give the shots it was about 25 min wait . If they could have the vaccinations ready ,since they do know a head of time it would be nice. One more thing i do understand they have what 4 doctors in the office i wish they were all on the same page when it come to diagnosing their patients. Union Mill has been wonderful to us through out the years! They would go out of their way to see our 25+ medically needy Foster children,treating us with such care and concern. So much so, I transferred my own children to the practice. The staff including the Doctors,nurses and front office staff have always been kind and considerate. The office has gone above and beyond to handle billing issues when dealing with insurances companies. They are top notch... caring and kind!
It's crazy that money comes before the health of a baby. That's absolutely shameful.
