I was with this clinic over 8 years .Recently have a billing issues back to 2019 I was not aware of it . not satisfied with the management and i give them a zero customer service .
The amount of incorrect bills over the last 6 years has only gotten worse and worse. I have contacted the office 6 times for a particular bill and still no one has helped to resolve a billing error on their part. Two contacts—I understand things get forgotten, but 6 times? Completely unacceptable. I will be removing my 4 children from the practice.
Love this place! Dr Wayne is a family favorite.

It’s been 2 years we go to this practice. All doctors are great !
My 3 kids went to Dr. Wayne and Dr. Maura since their birth and up until we moved out of state. I can’t say enough times how truly I miss their knowledge, love and happy I felt every visit with not only the doctors but the nurses and office staff. They treated us like family. My experience in our new home town has failed on every level in comparison. THANK YOU for setting that expectation of standard for me. Our family has sadly had to relocate to Ohio and leave our Union Mill Drs behind. We have had wonderful care during the past 7 years and 3 babies. The staff and Drs have been very attentive and helpful, the waits have been short and the follow up thorough. A special thanks to Dr. Killian for her watchful care, you will be missed.
