Poor service from Lisa Richards. Doesn't answer emails and goes goes out of her way to make it harder for contractors to get their payments.

These guys are awesome!! They keep you well informed along the path. Lynn and Regina were constantly following up. Yes there was a lot of paperwork, but it was expected due to the type of loan we were requesting.
Vicki and her team were great to work with. Always professional, timely on communications, responsive to all my questions and got me to closing on time! What a pleasure to work with them!
